Larne Youth Under 10s Academy 7 - 2 Lisburn Rovers (03/11/07)

Larne Youth's youngest team secured a magnificent victory away to Lisburn Wanderers in the George Best Castlereagh League. Conor Davies opened the scoring in the sixth minute with a fine right foot shot and the same player increased the lead when he pounced on the ball following a goal mouth scramble after twelve minutes. The Academy's leading goal scorer this season Jordan Withers then added to his tally scoring a fine goal. It was all one way traffic at this stage and Conor Davies completed the first half scoring and his hat trick when he tapped in at the far post.

Larne Youth started slowly in the second half and allowed the Wanderers to get back into the game with two quick goals, but Jack Ferguson steadied the ship with help from Rory Ruddock. Conor Davies scored again for Larne Youth and then Jordan Withers collected his second of the match. Larne Youth's last goal of the day came from Callum Wharry who scored with a rasping shot to get his first goal for Larne Youth. A great team performance which meant that everyone was man-of-the-match.
