Pre-Season Training 2009
Larne Youth’s pre-season training has commenced once again at Sandy Bay Larne, and this year Larne Youth will be fielding nine teams. Training is available for children in a wide age bracket and laid out below is a list of opportunities for players to come along. Age groups are relevant for a child born on or after the 1st of January of the respective year. Training is delivered by qualified coaches who have achieved success at UEFA ‘A’ and ‘B’ levels. The club competes at the highest level and have achieved success by winning NIBFA cup and various leagues titles. If you want to become part of this success please contact the following:

Larne Youth in conjunction with Co-operative Insurance will be starting a Football Development Centre from mid September; this will involve children born in 2003 aged 6, 2002 aged 7, 2001 aged 8, and 2000 aged 9. The development centre is in line with clubs throughout Europe and one of the first in Northern Ireland. The aim of the centre is to develop the skills of the children with the emphasis on personal development rather than competing and winning. Larne Youth are a progressive and vibrant club and aim to give all children the best opportunity available, this is partly undertaken by our coaches and at present Larne Youth have places for coaches to become involved in the Club at various levels.
